We have got +1 on site today, Joe – the other assistant teacher has arrived to build! With his help we have managed to advance the other “short” wall as we call it, one of two walls that will be holding the roof trusses.

Apart from the short wall advancing, things in general have advanced today. Openings have started to been enclosed by coral stone lintels – a wooden frame goes into each of these big openings at some point in the future.

Also one of the retaining walls within the classroom has almost reached its full height, only thing that remain is to crush the hardcore – which is lower grade coral stone, into small pieces, and we hope to cast the first slab in this classroom at the end of the week.
